Interschool swimming competition

Dear sir,
                I am Shivam Sah the head boy of St.denis school, I am writing this email to you as I want to inform you that an Interschool swimming competition is going to be held in our school.

                We have organized the event for 1st June  2021. In the event, many students will participate from alternative schools and will be awarded for their talent. Therefore we request you to be a guest of honor for the event and reward the winners for their hard work as this will inspire and encourage them to give their best.

                   We will be looking forward to a favorable reply.
