Dear Sir,
Requesting to send the latest Edition books.
I am writing this letter to inform you that the books supplied by you are not of the latest Editions, though I have paid the money according to the latest Editions as per your catalogue.
Yesterday only I have got the books sent by you, but as soon as I matched your books with the latest Editions books I found that they were not the same books. I went through the books twice but a lot of topics were missing in the books supplied by you. Having no other choice, at last, when I saw the year edition of your books I found that they were not of the latest Editions.
Therefore I request you to send me the latest Editions of the books so that I would be able to return back the Old edition books supplied by you. Please look into this matter at the earliest since I have less time for my exam preparations.
Thanking you,
Yours sincerely,
Shivam Sah
SHIVAM SAH.
