Dear sir, 


Sub - Complaining for the non delivery of a parcel


I am writing this letter to inform you that I have sent a parcel to my friend almost a week ago but it has not been delivered yet.


Yesterday only my friend informed me that the parcel which I have sent him is not yet recieved by him. I was surprised because I have sent the parcel in a proper manner as well as written the address clearly on the top of it. Moreover my friend does not lives too far away from the post office. So, it would not take so much of time to be delivered. But if you have lost the parcel then please inform me without any hesitation so that I would be able to arrange for those documents within the limited time frame.


Therefore I request you to locate the parcel and send send it to my freind's address as early as possible since it contains some important documents of my friend which he may require soon. Kindly look into this matter at the earliest.
