Golden Rules of Writing a Formal Letter

All letter follow certain rules -
  • Decide what you are going to say, before you start writing
  • Give your letter a heading, to make it easier for your readers to understand your purpose
  • Put each separated idea in a separate paragraph
  • Use words and simple sentences that everyone can understand
Begin your letter politely, the following are some ways to do so.

  • Please let us know...
